As soon as I was done sealing the package she was ready with the receipt of my drop off for ref, then she put the shipping label on for me. Great customer service, thank you!!

He carried in my heavy boxes and cheerfully weighed them and took them back to my car. (I was not even shipping with them as I was doing a special overseas shipment). How nice is that!

I was there to purchase a single box for an item that I had to ship at the house. I paid for it and then I asked for a piece of tape and she got an attitude Stating that it’s more of a charge if they build it. Which I did not know because she didn’t tell me that from the beginning and after she completed my transaction. She Made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was checking out and acted like she didn’t even want to work with a big old frown on her face. With the way the economy is right now someone else will gladly take her position and treat customers the way they’re supposed to be treated. I go here all the time and everyone else is in a great positive attitude
