  Made an adjustment from January's incorrectly calculated taxes (their responsibility) in September - made no mention of it to us until we noted the discrepancy in the reporting. They made no attempt to let us know, and did not apologize for the massive headache and wasted time this has resulted in. They also reported incorrect numbers to the IRS last year and we've had to handle all of the resulting issues without their support, which is probably for the best. It's called ADP Run because you should RUN AWAY as fast as you can.

  Absolutely horrendous company. Extremely unprofessional, completely clueless and useless. My rep is god awful and by far the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. Do not waste your time, do not wast your money, do not do business with ADP.

  Terrible company, couldn’t get the first pay roll check through on time, nor correct. I cancelled that same Friday and opted to do in-house payroll, this was January mind you. It’s now December…. 11 months and some days later I get a notice from a bill collector for 97.25$ apparently I’m in arrears for a service I never used. I’d rather pay an attorney to deal with these imbeciles than give them 98$ for things I’ve never used. They’re a scam, a fraud, and an absolute joke for small businesses. I’d highly recommend anybody viewing this to look else where. P.S I have emailed about “balance” with no return contact, further letting me see the punctuality and morals of this company.

  Zero stars. They are mistakenly taking money out of my account since March. I have been extremely patient while they try to solve the issue. They are clueless, unprofessional and slow. Customer service is difficult to communicate with. We have had them for 11 years. This is the 3rd mishap over the last 4 years. The first two they fixed but each took 6-9 months. I was pretty happy with them but the most recent issue remains a problem as they debit my account each week for a phantom fee. I would give a zero star if that was an option
