I had some issues with a passport application that I sent it. I couldn't really understand what the issue was. The clerk, Dawn, went above and beyond to resolve this and helped me do all of the additional extra paperwork that was required. I'm very appreciative. Very positive experience.

Then I try all day on a Friday to call them Busy Signal All day. This is Not the first time Not even close !!!! They don't even put the mail in the right slots that happen to be labeled clearly. It's a surprise that I ever get mail at all Thank god I do ALL of my bills Online because you people are the Worst Postal Delivery service I ever dealt with. PS This only happens with Packages
