Quand je lui ai dit que j’étais là pour un service d’eSIM, il m’a d’abord envoyé chez Bell, puis chez Apple, alors que je suis client Virgin. En insistant pour être servi, il m’a répondu qu’il n’avait pas le temps. Quand je lui ai demandé calmement de changer de ton, il a menacé d’appeler la sécurité et a refusé de me servir. J’ai perdu mon temps et j’ai été humilié par son attitude impolie et non professionnelle, et je ne recommande à personne ce type de service nul
