Même lorsque des problèmes techniques sont survenus, il a géré la situation avec calme et efficacité. Le magasin s’est rempli rapidement, mais ça ne l’a pas déstabilisé. Il est resté attentif, a pris le temps de s’excuser pour les délais et a veillé à offrir un excellent service à chaque client. C’est le genre de personne qu’on souhaite avoir dans ce type de contexte. Une expérience qui mérite d’être soulignée !
