- TCT CSep 29, 20251.0Extremely poor attention to customers. There were 3 employees at the central desk. This location has 2 print and scans. They had 2 customers standing there for an extended period because they did not know how to use the machines and your employees were not proactively helping them but just staring at their screens, standing around or basically saying it wasn't their jobs. I know from past expenses they are able to process orders uo speed the line. Very unhelpful and poor reflection on customer service for FedEx.

- TStim schererSep 19, 20251.0i tried to send a package and the clerk grilled me i was mailing something illegal, they were shoes. she was so unwelcoming and kept saying well let me ask you this. i have never had those much difficulty sending a box. i even thought maybe be i was reading into it but my daughter just tried to send a package and the same lady was there and was very rude. i never told my daughter about my experience but she described her interaction and description of the clerk exactly what i experienced . went to UPS and was out in 1 minute.
