They had 2 customers standing there for an extended period because they did not know how to use the machines and your employees were not proactively helping them but just staring at their screens, standing around or basically saying it wasn't their jobs. I know from past expenses they are able to process orders uo speed the line. Very unhelpful and poor reflection on customer service for FedEx.
