Fortunately, I decided to work with a different company, which was more aligned with my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for property-related services.

Little response, never returned my calls on cell or office. My client is very unhappy. Will never recommend this title company to any of my clients. Steer clear of E&E Settlement.

When any thing arose to delay us they were contacting me with new plans to move forward however I felt comfortable with. They're realtors that are real, genuine people that want make sure you feel at home when you're buying you're house; as a first time buyer I need that. Jon Santiago was always checking in and always honest about where things were in the process and made me feel a part of the process allowing me to make some decisions on what I wanted in the house as they were working on it. Couldn't have asked for a better result than my beautiful new house!
