- AJAnnette JacksonSep 5, 20221.0I been with the greenville n.c. location over 5yrs. July 2022 I asked for appointnent multiple times to no avail. After 2nd week in Aug. I called directly & was told no request was made. I was hung up on & when I phoned back it wasnt pleasant. Charge Nurse Jessica was sarcastic & didnt believe my dialysis team told me request was made though I followed up in person days prior. I stated appears I have to come in person & she took comment for a threat, barred me from this county clinic even after I apologized for misunderstanding. Few weeks later after I was directed to go hour away to their other location which I begged would be a hardship. I was told I could no longer return there either based on me reporting a grievance to fight to return to my local location. I was never given chance to tell what happen, I suffer with PTS & dialysis 4X wkly with no real support to drive that far. All this is n my records but compassion for me as patient wasnt accepted & long time patient relationship wasn't extended. All physicians are nice especially Dr. Blaire. I hope I can go back my life depends on this please helpðŸ˜
