  My experience with this store—specifically with Stanley—was truly outstanding. UPS lost a $3,500 package containing my daughter's personalized senior jacket. Since this store isn't my usual hub, I was initially given the runaround, but thankfully I was directed to this location. Overwhelmed with anxiety, I explained the situation to Stanley. While he confirmed that his location had not received the jacket, he went above and beyond to help me. Stanley was incredibly professional and kind, he supported me by reaching out to UPS on my behalf and didn't stop until I had clear answers about my package. I truly believe that without Stanley’s dedication and persistence, the package would still be lost, and my daughter and I would still be panicking. BIG, BIG THANKS to you, Stanley, for standing by me during such a stressful time. It was never your responsibility, but you took it on with care, respect, and professionalism.
