- SFStephanie FredaJul 31, 20251.0Here I am again. Making another negative review about Wendy the bank manager who obviously needs an attitude adjustment. I called to have my overdraft fees removed because I couldn’t get to a bank being I’m not located in the area anymore, and I had to go after hours when I got off of work. I didn’t realize there was a night drop so I could deposit money through the atm because it wasn’t allowing me. I just come to find out that reversing those fees is due to discretion & because Wendy doesn’t like me she won’t reverse them. Well here ya go Wendy. Here’s another bad review since you want to be petty.
