Las citas de inmigracion son demasiado importantes y se debe llevar con 15 o 20 minutos de anticipación, (me hicieron pasar a la 1:30 pm) esto fue una falta de respeto porque estaba en juego mi estadía en los estados unidos. Cuando los llame para reclamar el incumplimiento de la cita, me respondió la manager del sitio (Caroline broker)y fue demasiado grosera conmigo Diciendo que no me devolvería el dinero que pagué(220 dólares) y que la culpa fue mía (demasiada negligencia ) En fin se robaron mi dinero y no me prestaron ningún servicio!!!! Pésimo este episodio!!!!!!
