I didn't realize that the items were shipped separately. I received the other packages today, only after I filled out a missing package form with the post office at 8:30 PM last night. To my surprise I received a call at 9:00 AM today from Bill who is with the Glenmoore branch USPS to see what he can do to help. I could not believe I was contacted that quickly and with such Professionalism by Bill. He explained everything to me on tracking numbers and shipping which I didn't understand before. Our USPS in Glenmoore along with my Postal carriers are the absolute Best.
