- SCSonnie CooperDec 1, 20251.0I usually go in the mornings after dropping the kids off to school. There’s always this one guy (Brett) who is behind the counter at 9AM. I only go to Fed ex to shop for my online business which my customers pay the shipping cost, so I’m always there with a QR code to print the shipping label. Brett doesn’t ask me if there’s anything hazardous in the package (which is standard procedure at any Fed Ex), instead he always asks what’s in the box with a condescending attitude. I ‘ll say what it is and go on about my day, no big deal but I do feel that his energy is a bit off. Today I had an item to send off to eBay and I reused a USPS box to ship the item. I’ve done this same process countless times and never had a problem until today. Brett told me that I couldn’t ship the package due to it being in a competitor’s box. I left partly upset due to this fabricated rule he seemingly made up on the spot but I was mostly upset with the attitude he spoke to me with as if I wasn’t a grown man that carried myself in a respectful manner. So for anyone going to this location, be mindful of Brett and his attitude, or just stay away.

Recently, I’ve been using them to get hardcopy drawings from my architect who is in another state. This is the first time I’ve used Fed Ex for a personal print job. It was so convenient and easy! The large format drawing sets looked great. The two gentlemen working were polite and friendly. The whole transaction was quick and easy. It has made my project a bit smoother.

Never used the QR code way of returning something before and as I walked in a gentleman greeted me asking me what he could help me with. He taped it for me while I created the label from the QR code. He put it on the box and I was on my way. Quick easy and efficient highly recommend. Great store.
