- RTRandum231 TSOct 13, 20252.0Altoona pennsylvania office phoenix physical therapy was great at first then down hill Dr John is just experimenting and hand function is getting worse between that and a pta in office that likes to hear herself talk while spouting blatantly incorrect medically information I can confirm being a registered nurse for 20 plus years really talked this place up sadly in last month it's gone downhill to where this place is a joke
