  Rianne at 24/7 talent is a gem to work with. There is a level of transparency and support that is offered here that is hard to find at other staffing agencies. They are great at setting expectations while also making sure your needs are met. Rianne is so positive and responsive and I would recommend anyone passionate about this industry to reach out and connect!

  I worked with Shivani and am very impressed with the level of care and urgency Shivani had for me. She showed a great level of interest in my previous work, and aligned it with the position she reached out to me for - which really helped with immediate rapport in trusting she understood my previous work experience and what I was looking for next.   I want to start out by saying I have worked with several local portland staffing agencies over the years, and this has by far been the best hiring experience one could ask for. So low pressure, low stress. I interviewed virtually, and was offered the position not even two hours later! Shivani really set me up with a great match and I could not be more grateful. The compensation is the best I have ever had, and the work environment is a dream! I notice they work with really reputable companies and corporations that are competitive to become employed with directly; this is huge in my book. I was given an opportunity where my peers spent years within the company before getting to where they are now; beside me. I think we can all agree that the confidence we receive based on our employment, who we work for, what we do.. goes a very long way. Thank you 24Seven for giving me so much back in such a short time!

  I'm have worked with 24 Seven Talent now for the better part 2 decades and have never found them to be anything other than professional. Truth be told, they are only agency in town I've done work with that has found me jobs that start the next day and last for months and months. Shivani and Rianne have done nothing by try to find me the best opportunities and I have been nothing but grateful for their efforts to give me more venues to apply my creative talents.
