When you're purchasing a home whether it's your first time or your 71st time it can be intimidating especially when the market fluctuates. So having companies there for you to walk you through the process and make you feel comfortable is imperative! American Title has several great teams working hard to make sure that you understand each step in the home buying journey and if there's anything you don't understand, they're happy to explain it for you without making you feel like a total idiot! We unfortunately were not able to finish our home buying process through them because the house we chose, we had to walk away from after we saw the inspection. And the new home had a different title company. But we did request American however the new seller didn't want to go with them. I would highly refer American Title to anyone in the process of home selling.
