She made our assumable loan a breeze and was diligent to keep things moving even while working with a less than optimal lender. Their office is kid friendly and warm and inviting. They had coloring books for the kids while we were signing and everyone was understanding of kids being wiggly/noisy while we were doing paperwork. I would highly reccomend Alysea Hammond and First American Title.
