  We have been working with ADP for years and there is as always some kind of problem or issue when i call to process payroll, always takes 30-40 minutes to do it, never just easy. I will find another payroll company starting new year and i would not recommend ADP to anyone if you want to stay sane. They will drive you crazy when you call and need something to be done. I was trying and giving benefit of doubt for long enough. Look for another company that is my only recommendation.

  Psycho stalkers!!! The rep will not stop harassing us at our business through emails, phone calls and uninvited drop in's. When asked to stop they have become combative. Who would do business with these people when they behave this way before even having a professional relationship! Very weird.

  Such a joke! They came to my business for months trying to get me to switch from Paychex. I finally made the choice to do so when I was GUARANTEED I would have my own payroll specialist and be able to email my payroll in everytime. Needless to say, that was ALL a lie and I have had 0 support. They also insisted to get me signed up before the last payroll of Q2. I told them I did not want them paying my taxes for Q2 since they were only running 1 payroll. Well, they did in fact pay all my Q2 taxes (Charging my bank account over $3,000) as well as Paychex paying them too. So now I have to sit back and wait for a refund from the state and Federal which will take months! Do not make the switch to this company! They will literally tell you anything to get you to switch and so far EVERYTHING has been lies! I never thought I'd say Paychex is better than any payroll company but they are. At least with Paychex you are assigned a specialist with their direct number and email. ADP is an absolute joke of a company.

  ADP sent a rep to my local US Bank branch who gave out our information. My company was using paychex who were great, but ADP promised the moon and had a few better 401K options such as automatically sending out disclosures to employees so I didn't have to. I was promised better support, better features in the payroll software, and dedicated service. A year later and I am looking at a 2 hour wait on the phone to hopefully speak to a customer service agent who is not familiar with me or my company. ADP dismissed the promises made during on-boarding to the poorly trained sales rep who left a month into the Job (Common with ADP). They said of course I could get the features I used to have with paychex, at a much higher price. The software is actually sub par to what I had before, and gives me less control over the design and rows of my employees pay checks. I'd asked for the simplest change to have our employees health and welfare benefits automatically calculated (as easy as multiplying total hours by the amount/hr) but no, that was too difficult for the large ADP organization. After 4 transfers I realized they weren't even trying, they just kept sending me to sales reps for other products they would try to steer me towards. Stay away from ADP- Much better options out there, and we wish we'd never taken the meeting....
