- DRDesiree RousseauDec 18, 20251.0Worst most terrible experience ever. Didn't file our payroll taxes, all of our account records went "missing", hour long wait times for call centers that abroad. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. I HATE ADP!!!!!!!
- JJJasna jungicSep 22, 20251.0We have been working with ADP for years and there is as always some kind of problem or issue when i call to process payroll, always takes 30-40 minutes to do it, never just easy. I will find another payroll company starting new year and i would not recommend ADP to anyone if you want to stay sane. They will drive you crazy when you call and need something to be done. I was trying and giving benefit of doubt for long enough. Look for another company that is my only recommendation.

When asked to stop they have become combative. Who would do business with these people when they behave this way before even having a professional relationship! Very weird.
- KRkayla rJul 25, 20251.0Such a joke! They came to my business for months trying to get me to switch from Paychex. I finally made the choice to do so when I was GUARANTEED I would have my own payroll specialist and be able to email my payroll in everytime. Needless to say, that was ALL a lie and I have had 0 support. They also insisted to get me signed up before the last payroll of Q2. I told them I did not want them paying my taxes for Q2 since they were only running 1 payroll. Well, they did in fact pay all my Q2 taxes (Charging my bank account over $3,000) as well as Paychex paying them too. So now I have to sit back and wait for a refund from the state and Federal which will take months! Do not make the switch to this company! They will literally tell you anything to get you to switch and so far EVERYTHING has been lies! I never thought I'd say Paychex is better than any payroll company but they are. At least with Paychex you are assigned a specialist with their direct number and email. ADP is an absolute joke of a company.
- JLJeff LongtainOct 1, 20191.0To save a few dollars I switched from Quick Books full service payroll to ADP. From my first invoice I'm not saving any money and the QB payroll was so much easier and took zero support, ADP, not so easy. Plus QB doesn't take the money out of your account until the payroll is paid and same for the taxes, In ADP you need to have the money in your account at least two days prior. If your a small business owner and time has any value to you I would not suggest using ADP
