  Yeah no I can't say I'm impressed with them at all. My wife and I reached out to them for help in purchasing a business which is in an industry that I alone have DEDICATED 11 years of my time and life to. At first we tried to start an all trades business under the promise that two others who WERE supposed to help out financially as owners themselves but ended up shafting us. My wife and I went broke putting together our website, domain, slowly purchasing equipment and trying to get our name out there. A relative HIGHLY recommend the BDC as they helped him no questions asked no up front money. We on the other hand haha ask to come up with $40-$50K to show our motivation and dedication??. Right so 11 year's out of my life working for North American Van lines isn't enought motivation or dedication? Going completely broke setting up a website and domain and yet still continuing to put in the work while broke isn't enough?. Going to banks and meetings restless days and nights putting pen to paper missing out on time with our family, doesn't show enough?. Making arrangements to sit down and chat with the owner not enough?. Pretty sure the site said if you have a business you want to purchase we can loan you up $35M. Not needing $35M no that's to much tbh. Either way we have/had a business we were very excited for and well here are these guy's BDC crushing hopes like the big corporations do best. Not to mention $40-$50K out of money we clearly don't have, hence why we reached out, just incase we all of a sudden wanted to back out of the business??? Are you kidding me?? That's the excuse. Because we're working this damn hard just to back out right?? BDC all I have to say from hear on out is, Thank you so much for judging our books by their cover. Your reason may have been yet another corporate boot to our faces but we are not staying down. Unbelievable. When you all decide to actually want to help truly dedicated folk like us who pretty much lost everything to even get as far as we have...let me know. All my wife and I have done has been out of motivation, dedication, heart,soul,love, but yet that kind of spirit isn't enough because it's not flashy money right?. Tbh it shows which one of us have lost true meaning of motivation,dedication, Value, and it's not us, it's big shots like you laughing at us small guy's. If I could give 0 stars I would of. At least we remember where our roots are. Just remember one day it could be that little guy you need help from and guess what? That little guy wouldn't even question it and say need a hand?, Because we remember what it is like to struggle and hope someone out there reaches out seeing our worth , We remember who has helped us,been there for us,And rooted for us.
