- JLJordan LJul 8, 20251.0I have used ADP for almost 30 years and its never been worse. I was on hold for almost 1.5 hours and when I got to finally talk to someone I was told I would get a response on a call back in about 1 hour. Its been over 3 hours and when I called back I was on hold for almost 1 hour only to be told they will call me back in the next 2 hours. I pay these people a lot of money for a TERRIBLE service. I am looking for new payroll client services starting today. This is unacceptable.
- FZFamily ZaretskyMar 7, 20251.0This company is HORRIBLE. I wish I could give 0 stars. I've been with ADP for two years. They do not understand subcontractors. Every year my T4A's are always wrong. This costs me $$ in additional fees. Both times ADP never properly fixed the errors leaving me to pay more $$ to my chartered accountant. Phone support is out-sourced overseas with poorly trained staff. If you do manage to get someone knowledgeable be prepared for a horrible connection that often drops. Stay away from ADP.
