Either hire more people or fire the incompetent ones because this is clearly an ongoing issue based on all the other horrible reviews. Especially important given ongoing postal strikes and delays. What incompetent staff. Edit for additional context as requested: When I arrived at the express service point, the doors were locked, which suggests that the employee, Julian, was already on break. He then proceeded to say his break was just starting and to come back in 45 minutes. The premises shouldn't be locked if someone is I'm there and it is during opening hours. Whoever this employee is, is lazy, losing you many customers and not adhering to the opening hours at all.
