    The store manager Anthony has helped me on a few times this week and each time the customer service was above average. He multitask being the only employee with myself and others and kept the service at a high level. He was truly knowledgeable and helpful great hire Virgin

    Absolutely Unacceptable.This store couldn’t even manage the bare minimum of opening on time.Went there twice September 25th(waited more than a hour)and today(more than 30 mins then canceled the services)to replace my modem and customers were waiting outside,lights off, and not a single staff member in sight.It’s one thing to be a few minutes late,it’s another to completely disregard people’s time and the company’s reputation. If this is how they start their day,I can’t imagine how the rest of their service goes.Corporate should take a hard look at management here,because reliability clearly isn’t part of their culture. If they can't handle simplest task of showing up on time, maybe they shouldn't be running a store at all. corporate should be embarrassed. Wish I could give 0 star.
