We run a daycare and needed assistance to reverse a payment that was sent to an employee’s old banking information so we could reissue it to their new account. I called the ADP representative, she put me on hold, then suddenly said “hello, hello.” I responded “hi,” and she immediately hung up. Absolutely unacceptable service for a company of this size. The tools are good, but the support experience needs serious improvement. I recommend Payworks for anyone in Ontario. They have fantastic customer support.

To the point where they set up auto deposit on all my business locations and took out 1.5x the approved amount with my consent: I will be following with legal advice as they have literally stolen 1.5x the agreed upon in writing amount and gave to all my staff like we are a charity. I will never recommend this company or anyone that works for it. I am cancelling as fast as I can.

This has caused me serious financial stress. The app appears to have a bug that needs urgent attention. ADP’s AI assistant could not provide any solutions, and I attempted to create a support case seven times but received the same error message each time: ‘There was a problem. Please try again later.’ I also tried calling ADP, but there was no way to reach a real person for help.
