- CLChangeling Lumin1 day ago1.0I canceled my service and wanted to pay off my balance in installments and needed to talk with a customer service rep to set it up. However upon calling the provided number I was instead put on a line with an AI. No matter how many times I said "customer service," it would refuse to put me on the line with a representative.

- ACamanda cDec 4, 20255.0I went in to have my sim card looked at, as it was giving me issues. We waited maybe 15 mins for Shane to finish up with a couple ladies. I mentioned to my husband as we were waiting how kind he was with them, explaining everything they asked. He took time, was kind and polite. ( customer service can be trying some days) Then he serves us, with the exact same great service. He fixed my issues, had some general quick conversation while doing it, and we were on our way. I never felt rushed, and he actually wanted to help! 5 stars!!! Keep it up!!
