I got an email from the shipper that duties and taxes ($23) was not paid so their policy is to send it back. Chatted with someone on their website to be told they left a message. We have an automated switchboard, you can't leave messages. They didn't even attempt to deliver the package and collect the fees on the spot (much like other carriers do). DHL is useless unless you enjoy grief and working with a company that is stuck in the 80's. Doesn't surprise me why their reviews are brutal.
