They then on the phone don't call back when you call and want to talk to someone. Call back another day and again "lost my message". Finally talk to someone named Terry who is saying they gave me the correct covenants which are not in the file they gave me. I have the original file and the ones they gave me are older than the ones that are the latest version. Refuse to take any responsibility, said I should have had a relator. Which wouldn't have fixed being given the wrong documents. They did not pull the correct documents, they did not provide the correct documents at closing. escrow officer used was vicki windel. I will not use this place again. If you accuse them of a poor job they get defensive and refuse to fix their mistake. I should be refunded money for their lack of doing their job.
