You do not have enough help I understand, but your clerks insist on asking everybody about their project and the young girls seem to carry on with each other a lot while you’re waiting in line patiently. Today, I waited in line for about 10 minutes because this girl could not seem to make change or had to talk to them about the project. I only had two other people in front of me as I was approaching the register finally, some guy from the back comes in and takes the person in the back of the line to help at the next register. My question is, is it not your policy to help the next person in line not the person from the back is our time not as important as a person’s in the back. Maybe there should be less carrying on with your employees with each other ripping the receipt out of the register and someone else has to come over and reprint it the receipt. Chambersburg location needs to get their act together because you always cringe when you have to go into the store because it is really that bad. Maybe you should take the time out and go check out the store for yourself because right now your customers are the ones that are suffering.

Hobby lobby in Dickinson made me feel like I was someone and they cared about me. Kristy the manger was also very sweet a nd so was the Yong man who helped me check out. All three are an asset to hobby lobby. Thank you hobby lobby for decent people and loving, caring environment.

I attempted to reach out to hobby lobby 4 times via phone and 4 times via email. Hobby Lobby corporate emailed me on 2 different occasions and asked me to provide images and a few other questions they had about the box condition. I explained that I received the package with what appeared to be double tape on the top as if it was previously opened as well as only 2 items being in the package not 25 items as I had ordered. They assured me hobby lobby takes care of their customers and helps with the process they had me going through to recover my funds. After a waiting period of not hearing back from anyone i reached back out to them via email no reply so I called and spoke to support. They informed me that when the package left their facility it weight 22lb so they would not be helping me with any fund recouperation despite the evidence I provided them and with me had already spent $3,000 with them in a week. If I had wanted to scam anyone I would have disputed the 3 packages not just 1. Now I am stuck with a $900 BILL and no items that I ordered. This is my claim against hobby lobby for deceptive practice.
