Cheryl called to clarify what all of her co-workers could not accomplish. She corrected the delivery city of my package. She couldn’t understand the problem that her co-workers were having. She relieved my anxiety and assured me my package was now set to be delivered to my address, my city. She understood my frustration and worry about my package having the wrong delivery city and zip code. She was professional and eager to listen to my ranting. Thank you Cheryl for your support, patience and kindness. By the way Cheryl works here in America. She deserves a raise in pay.
