About 3 days later it arrives in MY mailbox. Not in France!!. I tried to get a refund on international shipping and they said no because it was already shipped out. It literally went 1.2 miles and I had to pay $30 and got no refund. BS!!

Every time we receive a package thats larger than the mailbox instead of getting out and bringing it to my door they just take it back to the post office and give me a slip to come pick it up! Are you serious???? You get paid to DELIVER my mail ! packages and all! If i wanted to come down to the post office every time i wanted my package i would just get a PO BOX and save the 20$ shipping rates i pay every time i get a package!!! Fedex and UPS will be my only considerations for future service, ill quit paying them and let them drop my paychecks off so atleast they can still see the money i used to give them a minimum 4 times a week.

I have had a difficult time with actually receiving my packages though, once we did find out it was someone stealing packages from our boxes which was handled promptly. But it has happened two other times where packages have gone missing after they have been scanned as delivered and in my mailbox. Overall, the customer service given to me is the reason for the 4-star.
