Regular carrier delivered mail at 8am now I don’t receive mail until 6pm most days. Packages marked out for delivery don’t show up for days. Packages are conveniently placed on hold for pickup after stopping at my address 2x in the same day. I have a postal drop box outside my fence. No reason not to deliver. This hasn’t only happened a few times but the last month consecutively. Jamming packages in mail box instead of using drop box. I really appreciated my original mail carrier, I don’t know what’s going on now. I’ve seen 4-5 different people run this route in the same month. I can’t keep sitting around waiting on packages or certified letters for these games.

Reserved a PO Box for a move to McAlester. Post Office refused to give me the mailing address prior to my move so that I could forward mail there while enroute. USPS is becoming more and more difficult to work with and will make every effort to use alternate methods of shipments other than the USPS. Even worse, McAlester Post Office and the USPS Customer Service Center could care less about whether or not they provided a service to a customer. Poorest customer service ever. Would give negative stars if possible.

Several extremely rude women working here. Worst post office I've ever dealt with.

The front desk staff is nice, but I have had problems sence the first of November of 2019 getting our address recorded and still to this day we have it yet to be recorded. I cant order nothing that i need for my vehicle's or for my kids for this upcoming Christmas or their birthdays due to this issue and it has impacted us severely.
