- RRribri02Oct 23, 20251.0Absolute garbage company overall. Do NOT use them for payroll or insurance. They will waste your time and gaslight you into thinking they aren’t the problem. They are. The only arm of this company that seems to know what they’re doing is 401k. Everything else is horrid at best and downright misleading, incompetent, and untruthful at worst, which is often. Steer clear from anything to do with these people.

Taxes not complicated enough? how about not having some of them paid, but being marked as withheld on the W-2. W-2 issues by ADP from my former employer marks that taxes were withheld to a tax locality. Upon filing taxes with the locality, I find ADP never distributed the withholdings and I have had to pay those taxes out of pocket. Would pick a different serivce in a heartbeat but its up to my Employer, unforutately.
