As a new business owner with a very specific—and somewhat confusing—vision for my sign, I was nervous about how it would all come together. But thanks to Ryan, my point of contact, it came together perfectly. Ryan was incredibly responsive, receptive to all my ideas, and so patient as we worked through multiple renderings to make sure every detail was just right. He truly listened to my thought process and made sure the final design reflected exactly what I had envisioned. Once we finalized the design, Ryan continued to keep me updated every step of the way during production and installation. I checked in (probably more than I should have!), and every time I was met with kindness, professionalism, and clarity on the timeline. On installation day, Tyler and Jeremy showed up right on time and absolutely nailed it. They were kind, respectful, and so meticulous in their work. I felt completely at ease knowing the face of my business was in such good hands. The sign they installed? It is flawless. It looks exactly like the final rendering—down to the tiniest detail. I was genuinely blown away when I saw it go up. Toledo Sign brought my vision to life in the most beautiful way, and I’m endlessly grateful.
