- BWBrent WhiteMar 1, 20132.0If you need any type of lamination or mounting work done, I would stay clear of this company. Customer service simply doesn't exist with this company. When I first approached this company and spoke with the owner, Jim Pidd , I was surprised that he would NOT commit to a specific time to meet with me. Instead he insisted that he call me the morning of the day we were to meet later in the week. This puzzled me since I don't know why he wouldn't simply give me a time to stop out to meet with him. Well the morning of our scheduled meeting, he never called me and then when I called him about it, he simply said he forgot to call me and that he now had another meeting and that I'd have to reschedule with him. So I guess he was waiting to see which customer had the potential of spending more money with him for the day. When I called him on his lack of customer service and the treatment I was receiving from him, he simply told me if I didn't like it that I could go somewhere else and hung the phone up on me. So if you are willing to NOT get any type of customer service from this company, then you might want to call them, however if you have precise or detailed work which you need performed then you might want to think twice before you work with this company and Jim Pidd the owner since his idea of customer service is literally locked into the 1950's.
