They failed and now I'm paying for previous owners delinquency. Called them, they said they'd fix it. They never did. Called again. No response. Company is shady as hell. Do not go here.
- RBRose BellaJan 25, 20191.0I sold my condo to their employee Sandra Filley. She was very nice in the beginning but kept constantly haggling me to lower my already very cheap price! She also kept pestering me to let her move in early for free before the sale would be finalized. Since the neighborhood was going down hill fast, I finally reduced my price for her and gave her for free or sold her very cheaply beautiful brand new furniture never used which she promised to pay me for with a contract she wrote and we both signed. When I finally let her move in early for free and after I was being very nice and gave her the keys and the free furniture, she screwed me out of the money for the furniture she was suppose to BUY and got very nasty and rude and told me she was not going to pay me for the brand new furniture! Then after she moved in, she NEVER switch the utility bills in her name like she PROMISE and I got her electric bill. So I had to call her up and I asked her very nicely to please put her name on the utilities and I got a bill that you did not put the electric in your name. So, which again she got very nasty and rude and told me she was not going to pay for the electric she used after moving in!!..After such a horrible and terrible experience with this dishonest and unprofessional person, I would not recommended anyone to do any kind of work or business with this dishonest and untrustworthy person! Negative 10 stars.
