- MBMichal BonfantiOct 17, 20251.0I’ve been with ADP for over a year now. While the people I’ve interacted with are polite, they are unfortunately not helpful. Every time I’ve asked for assistance, I’ve been sent a lengthy instruction manual explaining how to do the task myself instead of receiving actual support. It’s frustrating because it feels like I’m paying for their service, yet doing all the work on my own. In reality, it seems we’re only paying to access their website rather than for any real customer assistance. To make matters worse, ADP failed to file a required report with the State of Ohio in the first quarter of 2025 — and I’m still waiting, nearly a year later, for them to correct this issue despite multiple follow-ups. Overall, my experience has been disappointing. I would not recommend ADP to anyone who expects timely support or accountability.
