- TMTina MerdichNov 16, 20251.0I purchased a LG washer and dryer and it was delivered to my newly constructed house via RXO. We paid additional for a full install. They sent two men to deliver the appliances. They were prompt and courteous and were able to get both pieces to my second floor laundry room correctly. Where they went wrong was they did not attach the drain hose into the drain pipe nor did they attempt to see if the appliance worked. When I went to wash my first load, I assumed it was hooked up properly, it was not! Water flooded my new wash room. My husband and I had a complete mess. We connected the hose correctly. Then, when I went to dry all the towels used to clean the mess, my dryer would not turn on. They never tested this appliance either. Luckily, it was matter of the breaker being flipped. But, if they would have tried to see if the appliances worked or shown me how to start a load, this would have been discovered sooner.
