The originally didn't even remove the shipping bolts in the back of my LG washer and when we tested it it made a loud noise. I had to look up the reason and have them take out the bolts. They also scratched up the dryer by getting on top of it to reach behind the washer. Washer was also not installed correctly and is currently leaking.

Everything up to that point is automated through 1-800 calls and usually with technical difficulties that cause it to just hang up on you or call multiple times. My order sat at their facility for 5 days before they could get it delivered after changing the delivery date twice. I called twice and was told incorrect information each time by some lady in India that does not speak clear English. Thanks to this experience, I may never buy another LG product for fear it will be sent to RXO.
