My appointment with my doctor was excellent...until I had to go to labs for my physical. I came to my appointment today fasting and fully expecting to go down to give blood for labs after the appointment. Instead, I was made aware at my appointment that I needed to download another app to schedule my labs. The waiting time for the location below Max Sports was not available until 45 minutes after my appointment was completed. I am a busy person and that was not an option for me. The options available all conflicted with the meetings I had scheduled for the day. I guess I will get the labs done tomorrow and this is very inconvenient for tomorrow's schedule, as well. I assume that this is a money grab for Ohio Health. I would recommend that you put your patient experience first. This new process made me consider finding a new medical provider that values the patient experience more than additional processes that increase their bottom line.
