    Gold Star has some of the most unprofessional, nasty, trifling employees working for them in the evenings. Some employees are immature, talking about customers, arguing with customers as well as each other. Wearing dirty jeans lacking professional attire and hygiene. Needs more training, one girl didn’t know how to make shakes so she just didn’t make them and ask someone to do it. Her colored weave was nappy and all over her head, when asked about a hair net she said I don’t wear those. Then got the nerve to sell old hot dogs on the cheese coneys. Gold star need to do better with who they’re hiring before there’s No More Gold Star cause of unprofessional behavior from employees.

    Went thru drive thru in Richwood, Ky, ordered number 1, with out onion and mustard, made sure to let them know no onion that I was allergic to them, she said no problem. Got food, got home and opened box, looked fine and took a big bite, and full of onions at the bottom of the chili dog....... I have tried to contact store for 2 days, no answer, and have even called corporate 4 times, no answer. Will never go back, and always have been a huge fan of gold star all my life.

    Took an employee from Hillsboro to pick up tickets for a light festival. Employee said he was greeted very friendly upon entry.

    Terrible. Did a doordash order with complete instructions which they messed up. Called to tell them and offered to drive to the store with correct order and manager crystal threatened to hang up On me. Made no attempt to resolve the issue. Thankfully doordash took care of it and had my food delivered again but it didn’t have to come to that. Just gross service al the way around at this store.

    We bought the can chili from krogers and the chili was like water, why us is it like that, I will never buy it again
