In July 2025, there was a charge on my credit card which I tried to dispute. This is where the 1 star comes into play and that's only because I had no way of entering a 0 star. This is about a disputed charge on my credit card. I have been working with Cinfed on this dispute for 5 months with no resolution. I keep getting the run around and being told I need to contact a different department, just for that department to ask all the same questions asked by the former department. This tells me they are not passing on the information when they transfer the call. After being transferred to several people, the last person told me I needed to be transferred to the department that I started with. I still have no resolution and can't find anyone who can help me out with this problem.
