Ronnie was extremely rude. When I walked in he didn't say Hi or anything to acknowledge my presence. After a minute of silence, he said "what's your problem?". I was very confused. Then Ronnie said "must be because of how I look". I immediately left. I have no idea why race was brought into this situation. Based on the reviews here, most complaints are about him and nothing is done. He needs to be careful talking to people like that.

I am very disappointed with USPS priority mail service. I ship all my packages through Ebay sales and I recently shipped a wrench set in a USPS priority mail flat rate box. The box was ripped open with a stamp stating "Received Without Contents" from USPS. The receiver expected a full refund of $226 but USPS is only willing to cover $50. I had a false sense of security shipping USPS priority, never though the box would be ripped open during transit, never though the contents would be removed, never though USPS would not cover the loss.
