- JWJulia WinnieJun 5, 20251.0The Escrow Officer, Brittany Schmitt (as labeled in the email chain), was one of the rudest people I have worked with. Not only was she disrespectful to me, but she was also disrespectful to the real estate agent in Kansas....Both the real estate agent and I discussed how unpleasant she was to both of us. There was some confusion with the documents, which she did not address promptly, resulting in the documents being completed later. She was just rude throughout the whole process, but I am glad both the clients and the real estate agent were aware. She also made mistakes on her end, but didn't want to admit to it. Nothing against the company, I typically work with First American, and they are fabulous. Brittany needs to be retrained, especially in terms of her attitude.
