  I have never worked with such a group of ignorance in my life. I would never refer or recommend this company to any of my clients in fact it would be a deal breaker for me.

  This email is regarding Order# ASK874559 or File# RSK882800 On November 14, 2022 - YES 2022!! This office sent an original deed to TitleVest to be recording in Suffolk County for the property located @ 1262 Flying Point Road, Water Mill, NY 11976. AND STILL HAVEN'T REC'D THE RECORDED DEED BACK FROM YOUR OFFICE!!! Nor does there seem to any urgency from anyone in your office to complete this task!! All communication regarding this matter has ALL come from me constantly reaching out & being lied to your members of your staff!! Here is brief synopsis of my dealings with your office 9/27/23 - Called & Spoke with Fern obtain the overdue recorded deed & was assured this matter would be easily resolved & that she would call me back the following day.......NO CALL!! 10/11/23 - Called back to see what's going on, spoke to Fern once again, who told me she rec'd no word from the county about the recorded doc, said she would call me back......NO CALL!! 10/12/23 - Called & spoke to Wayne who told me the deed was recorded the previous year, but that your office didn't have a copy, but he's sure it was processed. 10/13/23 - Spoke to Melissa, who attempted to find answers, she found nothing, she then transferred me to Stephanie Rodriguez, who I'm told is the head of the Dept, who said she'd look into this matter & call me back promptly, but warned me that Suffolk County is years behind recording due to Covid......GUESS WHAT?? NO DAMN CALL FROM HER EITHER!!! 10/23/23 - Called back again to see if any damn progress was made on this matter, Fern told me she would call the county to see if anything had been discovered, I informed her she told me she was going to do that weeks ago. 10/25/23 - I decided to call the county myself to see what the phuk is going on!! They told me the Deed was never submitted in 2022, and was finally entered onto their system on 10/23/23. They also told me they are not years behind, but about only 2 months lag time for recorded deeds. And that it should be ready in Mid December 12/12/23 - So, I called Suffolk County once again to see where our recorded deed is.....YOU'LL NEVER GUESS WHAT THEY TOLD ME!! They said this Deed was rejected back in October, shortly after it was submitted by TitleVest. And of course there's been NO FOLLOW UP FROM ANYONE IN YOUR OFFICE

  Not pleased with the transaction. The escrow officer who #1 job is to balance the CD not only didn't balanced correctly which end up shorting my commission but also was unable to be reach at anytime via phone during closing day to answer any questions . She then had the audacity to blame me for not noticing the error when its her job to calculate a simple subtraction formula.I would highly recommend not using them if you have any real estate transaction. Till this day I am still shorted my commission without any accountability by the Escrow officer.
