- RMRobert MooreAug 12, 20251.0Atrocious experience. Movado does not stand behind their products. Bought a ladies Amorosa watch as a Christmas gift, only to have the metal band - a design unique to Movado - break within 6 months. Note, It is a band/pin design unique to Movado, so forget about getting it fixed anywhere else. Bottom line, I called Movado's NY head office. The response: the metal band is guaranteed for 30 days. "Blake" in Customer Service apologized and said I deserved better, that I would be hearing back from one of his bosses, "Justin" or "Jonathan" as soon as they got out of a "meeting." Well, "Justin" and "Jonathan" never did - shame on them - so I called back a week later, and was told they were still unavailable. I don't have time for these jokers, so I've given up. Hope whoever reads this doesn't find themself in a similar position. Buyer beware - BIG TIME!
