    If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. This company has been holding my bed frame hostage for a month a half. Today they are allegedly attempting a third delivery. They missed delivery one and two. ZERO communication. I have gone above and beyond what a customer should have to do and endure to try and receive the item they have already paid for. We are an ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY FAMILY and this company is unfortunately the only one that delivers to our base. They are well aware of the requirements to make a delivery on federal property as I have had the displeasure of having one other item delivered by them this year, which was also fumbled. In an attempt to mitigate any issues, I reached out to them to remind them that this delivery is to a military installation and to reiterate the requirements to be able to deliver to my home. Naturally that went unheard and unheeded. So, a month and a half later they are still holding my item hostage. Every single person had fumbled this and dropped the ball. The company is full of incompetence. Avoid having anything delivered by them at all costs. Meanwhile, I’ll still be waiting for my bed frame.

    Professional staff, but poor communication between LG and RXO. Ordered a new cooktop and microwave oven from LG directly. RXO delivered the cooktop and forgot my microwave oven so they had to take 2 trips out to my home. LG has told me on multiple occasions that RXO is supposed to install the appliances, but RXO is telling me no they only deliver and don't install. I have these large sized appliances sitting in boxes for weeks on end trying to simply get them installed so they can be utilized. Update: RXO came and told me my appliances don't fit and they left. I went in and put the cooktop in by myself with no issue. Unable to do the microwave oven on my own, but I don't believe they don't fit. Need to also put a complaint in because my brand new cabinets were damaged.

    I was very impressed with the delivery service from RXO!! The delivery team called me 30 minutes before to verify the address and color of the house. They delivered the mattress in the time frame mentioned via email. They were very kind, courteous and professional! I was concerned after reading some of the reviews, but the two delivery men prompted me to leave a positive review for RXO! They carried the mattress into the lower level of our basement. They offered to move it wherever I wanted, but taking it upstairs could be a challenge and they had more deliveries. I didn’t want to hold them up. I do recommend RXO out of Syracuse area.

    Maybe the delivery people were just having a bad day, but that still doesn't excuse the attitude I got as a bonus on my delivery. First, they told me they weren't going to bring the mattress I'd purchased up to the 2nd floor (granted it is a king, and it's very heavy), argued with me about it, ultimately did bring it upstairs but then threatened to take my purchase back if I didn't leave a 5-star review on my RXO feedback. What??

    The only reason I’m giving one star is because I have to. The gentlemen that delivered my peloton tread mill were great. They were polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. However, in the days leading up to the peloton being delivered were terrible when dealing with this company. While scheduling the delivery it said deliveries until 8pm and that they would contact the day before and set up a time with you. Monday night I received an email from peloton stating my tread would be delivered the next day between 7a-8p. Great, called them and discussed that no one would be home until at least 4pm. They said that would be fine and put it in the delivery notes. Then, RXO sends an email stating delivery is scheduled 9a-12p. I call them and explain that no one would be home and it needed to be changed. I was told “there is no guarantee” to which I told them I guaranteed I would not be home, nor would anyone to accept the delivery. My husband then called and spoke to someone who stated it would be no problem. They would call around 4:30 on their way to the address. Great. Tuesday comes and I get a call at 10am that we are the next stop and they would be there within 30 min. I was hung up on an uncountable amount of times. I was promised I would receive calls back multiple times. I never received any calls back, but instead had to keep calling back, spending hours on hold to attempt to talk with someone who could help me. I was told they would reattempt delivery that night (which never happened). The peloton was not scanned back into the facility (which is when I was told I could reschedule the delivery) until 7:30a Wednesday. My husband received a call saying it could be delivered Thursday, but they never set the appointment. I called at least 4 times, talking to several different people as the next available time on their website was 14 days away (Christmas eve) which also wouldn’t work for me. I had to speak to multiple people, threaten taking legal action and magically they again had an available appointment Thursday. Will not be using this company ever again
