    I ordered my peloton a week ago and scheduled delivery for November 17. I was skeptical that it would actually be coming that quick but to my surprise it did. The delivery guys were extremely professional and super quick. They were extremely friendly and I was overall very happy with the service. The communication from the company was great as well.

    Update to my previous review: A person name Jovon reached out to me after I wrote this to help take care of the issue. She was extremely helpful. She got our delivery rescheduled, was very responsive, and kept in contact with the local delivery team to ensure we were the first stop of the day on the day we wanted, and that the delivery team knew information necessary for our delivery. They came this time at the time promised, came prepared, were friendly and professional. They did a great job getting our fridge in. I wish all of the customer service associates could’ve been as helpful as Jovon. Apparently, according to other reviews, you sometimes have to leave a terrible review here to actually get your appliances. We ordered a fridge through LG and it was supposed to come October 30. RXO didn’t pick it up from LG until November 4 and numerous people we talked to couldn’t tell us why or where it was. I saw it was at the Liverpool facility on the 4 and they didn’t call us to schedule the delivery. We called the next day and were told they can’t schedule the delivery because there’s a hold on the item. There was a hold on the item because they don’t have it. They have the item so they’ll email someone to take the hold off and then call us. Made no sense - told me in the same sentence that they don’t have it, but also that they have it. And why couldn’t customer service take the hold off? Why can’t I speak to the person who can actually get anything done? The people you speak to can only give you fake empathy and reach out to someone else to actually do something. So we finally get it scheduled for yesterday and we were given a delivery window of 3-7pm. At 3:50 they call and say they’re running late and will be here between 8:15 and 8:52. That’s annoying and weirdly late, but whatever. Then the delivery driver calls us at 7:50 saying oh it’s too late I’m not coming. So I call RXO and the lady I spoke to just kept repeating “I see it’s going to be rescheduled. Hang on let me put you on hold. Oh I see now that it’s going to be rescheduled.” It was almost comical how useless customer service is. She just kept repeating that. I asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold, and then came back and said “he’s not available. I see now your item is being rescheduled.” As others have said, we stayed home all day waiting, took doors off our house so that it would fit, got a babysitter so our kid was out of the way, and we were told we had to get a licensed person to remove the fridge doors because they won’t do it. So now we’re out money and have to figure out when that person can come back. And who’s to say they will show up next time? Oh and of course they’re closed today. Please do not respond with any “I’m sorries,” I just need a resolution.

    This is my second experience with RXO recently. A few months back I had a new LG OLED TV installed and wall mounted and they removed my old TV and they were excellent. Today they installed a new LG washer and dryer and removed my old units and again, they were excellent. Highly recommend.
