  I have been with this company for a long time, at this point way to long. There is never anyone in the office. Heather who answered the phone remotely is such a scatter brain that she doesn't put the service calls in when I need them. Heather is rude, she hung up on me twice after pointing out that I spoke to her and she was who dropped the ball. My alarm system for my business has so many issues that at this point I am going to just leave this company and find a new one with employees that actually do their job and has an office that is open where the managers and can be reached instead of leaving a message for one that NEVER returns my calls. Customer service is awful here stay away if you are looking for a company that actually cares about their accounts. Just stay away! So after the owner saw my review I got a phone call saying they were terminating my sevice immediately and nit from the owner. Typical company that doesn't do what they are supposed to do and takes it out on their customers. Sad sad company. I even pay my bill in full yearly. They trashed a 20+ year business relationship because they never sent a tech to fix my panel or door sensor. Horrible office staff. Now the owner responds saying to call so they can make it right after they left my business with no security monitoring. Thankfully I found a new company quickly and they did an amazing job fixing everything that this company ignored. Steer clear of this company total trash.

  This was a truly abysmal experience from day one. We were met with unexcused delays for several weeks while they knew we were on a timeline. Responsiveness and follow through gets a zero. They also lacked a knowledge base of the Salto product line, and missed every deadline along the way for a commercial installation. Products were defective, installation was defective, and there was zero training to us when the units were finally belatedly working properly. What truly put us over the edge was that they quoted us a price for the correlating fobs, and then doubled the price a week later without honoring the price quoted. Salto needs to find a better distributor and installer. $175 for 10 fobs is unacceptable, especially after quoting us or half the price last week.

  Chuck was very helpful and came to my office to assist in an urgent situation. I am very impressed with the service and attention to detail. I appreciate their help and ability to resolve issues. I highly recommend Stratagem.

  These guys have the patience of a saint! We made change, after change & they always told us "No problem!" My tenants have said how secure they now feel with all the security upgrades. Their products are user-friendly and the knowledge, professionalism, and expertise of the guys that work at Stratagem made this process easier. Not to mention the follow-up after the job was complete! Thank you Strategem for all your help. I'm glad we found you!
