  Worst experience. Called, setup an appointment and they never showed up. I even contacted them throughout the day and they kept promising me they would be there shortly, which never happened. They also charged me for the service when they said I would not receive a charge. Poor customer service. Would give zero stars if I could.

  Used Proshred for the first time this past week and I highly recommend them. Great service, and very courteous staff.

  The staff was great from booking on down. Easy and hassle free. And the guys for pick-up were patient (I was at work - five minutes away - when they got to my apartment) not to mention helpful and extremely nice. With only a relatively very small amount to be picked up, I never felt treated like I was any less important than a business with a much larger pick-up.

  This is an UNPROFESSIONAL company I made an appointment, had a long conversation about the process and payment, etc. Called the day of scheduled service and was told they did not have me on the schedule, no appointment was made and no effort to help me. Terrible service - complete waste of my time. Do NOT work with this people.

  8/3/17. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! So I was told that the service that I did NOT receive last week would be given to me this week. Did any one show up? Did anyone call? That's right. You guessed it. NO SHOW!!! TBH I don't even know how this company is still in business!! 7/27/17. So once again I set an appointment with Proshred for our bin to be emptied and ONCE AGAIN NO ONE SHOWS UP!!! This has got to be the most unprofessional shredding service that I have EVER encountered in all of corporate America! (And I have worked in several states) This happened last year when we needed our bin emptied in October, it happened AGAIN this past April as you can see below, and look at that its happening AGAIN in July. This is it. This is the FINAL time that I will ever use this company and I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE even if they PAID me to. If you are reading this post the you can see the history based on my posts that this terrible, incompetent, unprofessional, ill-mannered "business" has an awful pattern with NO CARE IN THE WORLD for their clients so I suggest using another company for your shredding needs!! 4/28/17. So I got a call on the same day from (i'm assuming) the owner who saw my nasty review below of his company and he apologized to me and told me that someone would be by today free of charge for the inconvenience that he's caused me. I appreciated his offer and accepted. Someone did show up today and took care of our bin, nice and easy and free of charge like I was told. Pro-shred is still in the dog house until I need them next time and see how they handle our business in the future, but for now, I can say that we are in good standing. 4/21/17. Not good! EVERY TIME I call to have someone empty out our bin they "set a date and time" and NO ONE shows up! No one calls to apologize for not showing, no one calls or emails, NOTHING! Their excuse is we're not contracted clients of theirs so we don't get first priority, which is fine, we have no problem waiting our turn but don't give us a date and time and not show and not explain yourself as to why you didn't show and not apologize to us. At the end of the day we are still PAYING for their services and so we should get treated with the same amount of professionalism as everyone else! If this was a one time thing I wouldn't make a big deal but this happens all the time! I'm trying to convince my boss to use another company because they are terrible!!! I wouldn't recommend this service to ANYONE!!!
