- LELazarus EffectNov 19, 20241.0EDIT: employee really thought it would be a good idea to call me regarding the complaint I filed. With a bad attitude yelling "HELLO" into the phone. Great job Mary, or whatever your name is. -Guess their string of bad reviews made them make a new page. Well let me be the first one to say on this page that this place is a joke. I got two different bills saying I owe the post office fees for the PO box, It was set up for auto pay, I hand the bill to the lady and she sais I no longer have a PO box. After she walked 15ft to a computer to look it up she realized I've already paid. Instead of apologizing for the confusion she created she just told me I should pick up my mail more often, like that would magically make her more competent and professional. I ended our conversation with handing her a letter that was in my box that had a name and address that wasn't even close to mine. This will be the last year I pay for this po box and ill be reporting this place to the post master. I will also be teaching the people in my community how to as well in hopes of getting a decent level of service for our tax dollars. It has been a recurring issue with packages missing, delayed, damaged and wrong names/addresses. Not only me, alot of people are clearly dealing with this. Avoid at all costs. My 7 year old could run that place better.

Very nice staff always greets my with a smile and a how ya doing today.We are very happy to have our location opened again it was missed even though we were treated well by the employees at the Arcade Ny location .
