I called mid-afternoon to inquire about 5 t shirts. The young lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. She was rude and very curt. I had to literally pull out the response from her. Her response to me were one word responses. I couldn't believe it but because I needed the shirts, I remained calm and continued on. After receiving a quote, they don't follow up with answers to your questions. I had to call again and this time, I got a gentleman. He was much more helpful then the young lady. Customer service still wasn't great but he was much more helpful. Fast forward, I go pick up the shirts and the young lady was on the phone when I arrived. There was no greeting at all. She just handed me the bag with a sour face. I stayed in the shop to ensure that they were the shirts that I ordered and her tone on the phone was again rude. And this was this a different customer. My shirts came out how I wanted to and they wash well. I won't be using their services again. There's way too many business to continue to use someone who has poor customer service.

I tell you I was so grateful that they said YES! The wait was not long and they took care of it. Very professional and price is reasonable.
