Got there at 8:10 and the doors were locked and no lights were on. Waited 20 minutes until 8:30 and still, no one was there! It’s hard enough to find parking downtown, but to not have an actual store open when it’s supposed to be is even more frustrating.

I was thinking oh no, my stuff is never going to get returned. I was told it was returned, but still haven’t seen my money. Seemed very unorganized, but the staff was kind.
