  Their customer service is wonderful I always order from them. They also Stand by their product. And they will replace without giving you any problem I have been ordering from them for along time and my experience have been nothing but good. Recently we just ordered our church mugs and pens. We ordered pens the verse was right but the scripture was printed wrong they replaced all the 300 pens without cost to the church. Also some of the mugs writings were defective which they are working on replacing. Thats the company you want to work with.

  I love the look of the pens and how they write so smoothly. I was not happy with the imprint and how it came out and how i was treated via customer service.

  They do not have accurate lead times for production, nor do they update you when something will be late. I ordered product on 8/23 with a expected ship date of 9/13, which is long already, and when I called they said now their ship date is 9/26. This hasn't been updated on my order and they are not willing to do anything to honor the original ETA. When I offered to pay for rush shipping, they still wouldn't do anything. Very disappointing.

  Great Products but the billing department is a complete disaster. They will tell you the price is one thing and charge you something different. When your try to get an answer or assistance they will put you on hold for 30 minutes.
