  I placed an order for custom mugs and, unfortunately, they were never delivered. What makes the situation worse is not only the failure to deliver the product, but the complete lack of accountability and resolution afterward. I waited far beyond the promised timeline, followed up multiple times, and was met with delays, vague responses, and ultimately no solution. At no point was a clear explanation given, nor was there a proactive effort to correct the mistake. As a customer, you expect transparency, communication, and at the very least, respect for your time and money. None of that happened here. The mugs were paid for, promised, and simply never arrived. Mistakes can happen in any business, but what defines a company is how those mistakes are handled. In this case, the handling was unprofessional and dismissive. After investing time, money, and trust, I was left with nothing but frustration. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. If you are considering placing an order, especially for custom items or time-sensitive gifts, I strongly suggest proceeding with caution or looking elsewhere. Reliability and customer service matter, and sadly, both were missing here.

  The lightup pens are beautiful. The pens work well. Got the pens and the ink in 2 colors. When I need to sign in "blue", I know which is which. The stylus tip is also a bonus. The pens were very affordable and are reasonably priced. Those who have received them loved them! Good business promotion. Very Satisfied! Thanks.
