They do not help them with on boarding and they send you to 20 different people to get answers and you wait weeks to get a response. I will never recommend Adp ever again to any of my clients as a consultant. I would warn you to avoid this group as much as possible.
- MSMark SchmidtAug 14, 20171.0I used to use the ADP ipay site to check my pay statement so I could insure my hours and pay rates were correct. Now that they no longer post the pay statements all that's available are W2's. Since I print out my W2 the ability to look up old ones online is redundant. Without pay statements being posted the site is effectively useless unless you're an employer.
